Teeth Bonding

Teeth  color restorations “Bonding”:

Using tooth-colored composite resin material, we are able to restore chipped or fractured teeth, improve discolored teeth, close gaps between teeth, and make teeth look longer, change the shape or shade of teeth or protect the tooth's root that has been exposed when gums recede.

Tooth Bonding Procedures:

The basic procedure consists of Dr. Ferrari's creating a rough surface of the teeth that will be bonded so the resin material can easily be bonded to the tooth surface. Next, the tooth-colored resin is applied and shaped following the natural contour of the tooth. Once in place, an ultraviolet light is used to harden the resin on the tooth. Veneers, Lumineers and Crowns are alternative procedures to achieve the best aesthetic results when tooth color bonding limiting the aesthetics result. Anesthesia is generally not required for bondings.

At Dr. Ferrari’s dental office, we are committed to providing you with a tooth bonding procedure, which will make you completely happy with the results.
